Troubleshooting

Authentication Issues

If you're getting authentication errors:

  • Verify your API key is correct and hasn't expired
  • Check that your Rumlin account has API access enabled
  • Ensure you're using the latest version of the Rumlin Zapier app

File Upload Problems

If uploads are failing:

  • Check that the file is in a supported format (MP3, WAV, MP4, M4A, FLAC)
  • Ensure the file size is under 50MB
  • Verify the file isn't corrupted
  • Test with a simple audio file first

Processing Delays

If processing is taking longer than expected:

  • Large files naturally take longer to process
  • Check the status using the "Find Upload Status" action
  • Peak times may result in longer queue times
  • Contact support if processing takes more than 30 minutes
